Winds of Change: Passing of the Torch at Anfield Asylum

Sorry for that title.  Now I'm sure you all have the whistling part from the Scorpions' song stuck in your head.  The time has come for me to pass the torch of management to Dan (loyal2reds).  If you haven't noticed (I'm sure you actually probably haven't), my contributions to the blog have started waning over the last few months.  My life is quite busy and this is just a hobby.  As such, it took a back seat to my family, my job and the Navy Reserves among other things.  It certainly isn't fair for me to keep hanging on when the time had clearly come.  It wasn't an easy thing to do after writing for this blog for a long time, but I know it is the right thing to do.

The turnover actually happened a few weeks ago (I haven't had time to write this) and I know the blog is in good hands. It has been a pleasure managing this blog for the past however long it has been and working with this great group of writers.  I want to thank those of you who still come back to see us and those who continue to read and participate at this blog especially given all the turmoil.  You guys are really what makes it all worth it (since the pay sucks/is non-existant) and I/we truly appreciate it.  I'm not going away completely, you can't get rid of me that easily; but my contributions will be limited for the foreseeable future.  Thanks again for everything.

YNWA,

Adam
