Now that we've come down from that wild win against Swansea it's time to take a look at the biggest stories regarding Liverpool from around the web.

Liverpool Get Lucky With Cup Draw:

Yesterday Liverpool drew Bournemouth for the Capitol One Cup quarter-finals, avoiding potential match ups against Tottenham and Chelsea. The Reds must be wary of a potential road upset, but in all likelihood this is an easy pass to the semis where they will meet stiffer opposition. With the way that the season is going, a cup trophy could serve as a nice silver lining if all else fails.

Sturridge Speaks About Injuries:

In an article from the Telegraph, Daniel Sturridge discussed his familial history of muscle injuries.

He said, "My uncle Dean had a lot of muscle problems when he played, uncle Simon the same, and my dad. Maybe it's the Caribbean vibes. [I have] fast-twitch muscles, I am more vulnerable to muscle injuries. As to whether I will be one of the best player in Europe or the world, for me, as long as I continue to work hard everything will take care of itself."

There may or may not be truth to his thoughts -- I'm no muscle expert -- but for Liverpool's sake let's hope that Sturridge's issues are a collection of one-off occurrences rather than something hereditary.

Liverpool Could Have New Goalkeeper Target:

According to the Daily Star, Liverpool are interested in bringing in Mexican World Cup hero Guillermo Ochoa in January. There's not too much weight behind this rumor yet, but it's something to keep an eye on.

Media Continues to Stalk Mario Balotelli:

An article from the Daily Mail describes the striker's dinner destination after his big performance in Liverpool's cup victory.
